If your property is on the market for £250,000 and the one you want to swap with is say
£300,000, the difference in price is called THE SPREAD, that is what we negotiate

Once you have found a property you may want to view, contact us by email or by phone.
We will in turn contact the owners of the property and see if they could be interested in yours.
If they are, a time is arranged to suit all parties. To safeguard your privacy all contact between
swappers is via swapproperty.
Find
Once you have found a property that is suitable and both parties agree to swap, a swapproperty
negotiator acts on behalf of both parties and confirms the respective part exchange sale prices.
Once agreed we write to confirm the sale to all parties including your solicitor. We monitor the sale
for you giving you up to date feed back on progress.

Exchange
Moving dates are arranged to suit both parties and exchange of contracts takes place. You look

Completion
You legally complete the sale and move in. Congratulations!
